On a Monday evening during terms 1 and 4 we run one group of singles matchplay. Players have rostered singles matches against a wide range of other players of similar ability. You must be able to serve and keep a rally going. Great for interclub tournament type players, who want singles matches against a wide range of players to extend themselves and improve their game.
This is a great way to improve your level and meet new players! The winners in each section takes home the engraved trophy to hold onto until the following week when you must try and defend it!
JUNIOR LADDER
We have a junior ladder for boys and girls and with well over one hundred players on it, it is very popular and gives more opportunity for singles matchplay. Monday night singles is a great time to put in a challenge!
CLUB CHAMPS
Club singles championships for boys and girls in three age groups (under 13, 15 & 19, as at the last day of the season) these are played during the season. Keep an eye out during November for when names will be called for this event.
